CHOCTAW, Miss. (September 24, 2012) The Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise (CRDE), a business enterprise of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, today announced the appointment of Ryan Eller as the new Executive Vice President of Finance/CFO for Pearl River Resort. Eller will be responsible for the overall financial operations of all the properties in the CRDE portfolio, including the Silver Star Hotel & Casino, Golden Moon Hotel & Casino, Bok Homa Casino, Dancing Rabbit Golf Club and Geyser Falls Water Theme Park.

With more than 15 years of experience, Eller is a seasoned veteran of the financial and gaming industries. He has successfully led organizations through transformational changes which have included acquisitions, restructuring, start-up development, major expansions and capital market transactions.

Eller most recently served as the Treasurer and Executive Director of Finance for PCI Gaming Authority, an instrumentality of Alabama's Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Prior to his position with PCI, Eller served as the President's Associate and Regional Director of Planning and Analysis with Caesar's Entertainment in its Mid South region. Eller also worked as a corporate strategy associate for Textron, Inc. Before entering business school, he served as an active duty officer in the United States Marine Corps for over seven years, leaving the Marine Corps Reserve as a Major.

Ryan Eller holds a master's degree in business administration with honors from Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts and a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland where he was a distinguished graduate.
